"It's six, and Jin's back at the club, and he hasn't thought about Kamenashi all day except to congratulate himself on not thinking about Kamenashi." -- First line right there and I've already cracked a smile. That's all I've read at this point and I already love the chapter. XD.

On the second paragraph now. I'm assuming whatever horrible things you did to Jin happened on a playground. You sick, sick people.

"He won't turn Suzuki down, but he won't chase him down, either, not when he isn't desperate, not after a rest, and maybe the thirteen guys he won't have to blow can all be Suzuki. By now, he can even smile about that."-- LAWL that's great. They can ALL be Suzuki, thanks to Kame-chan. Tough break Suzuki.

But people are watching Kame-chan now. It's kind of funny, because Ootomo doesn't know what's going on, Yuuya doesn't know what's going on, Jin doesn't know what's going on, but even Kame doesn't 100 percent understand what's going on. It's really sad and humorous all at the same time.

You keep dropping little hints about what happened to Jin in the past. I think we all have a pretty good (tho disturbing) idea of what happened. I hope we can find out soon WHY it happened, and what this Naoki guy had to do with it.

Looking forward to when Kame inevitably tries to end up with Jin again and see what happens. He's actually got permission to turn him down now, and I can't see Jin passing that option up.

You two are amazing. Just thought I'd remind you.

It's nice to see Jin relieved for once (even if I suspect it won't last.. oh hohoho) and the low level of tension in the chapter was a nice break from the previous... revelations.

Yuuya is so in character even as a whore, with eerily separate cutesy and consummate professional sides. I loved the scene in the break room where they're all chatting casually.. kinda missed all that interaction and gossip. :)

I kinda feel bad for Kame that as concerned as he is about his image, especially here, it's all gone to pot because of his weird thing with Jin. It's not that he doesn't deserve it for how he's been treating Jin, but he does seem to genuinely regret it finally.

Hee, we're so happy that Yuuya is in character. We thought back when we started that he'd make such an excellent career whore, for precisely the reasons you give.

We love having our escorts chatting and gossiping, only sometimes we worry that with too many it'll get confusing for readers.

This AU of yours is EXCELLENCE. And so beautifully written to boot. So far, I love everything about this story.
This chapter left me feeling all edgy and tense because it seems to me like shit just hit the fan and things can only go downhill from here in Kame's life! Ah, I hope I'm wrong. Or right. I'd read it either way, to be honest. It's just that good.

As for the chapter... Things have started to perk up for Jin.

And I am not sure why but in this chapter, I enjoyed Jin's sarcasm towards Kame. Before I thought Kame didn't really deserve Jin's sarcasm. (Oh no, I think I have become slightly anti-kame for this fic.) I am glad that Jin no longer feels pressured and now feels alittle protected. Though he has been telling himself that he can turn Kame down but each time their meeting turns sour, he hasn't exercised his right to turn him down. And I think that lack of refusal escalates Kame's eccentric behavior even more. And it was nice that Jin kind of "celebrated" the turn of events with Yamatani since he enjoys his company.

I really love the Ootomo character. He was hitting the bullseye each time he asked Jin questions regarding Kame. I felt like he was basically representing the readers. Cause I had the exact same questions and thoughts he had when he was was enquiring. lol... Though erm, I think their conversation made me think that Kame was definitely a madcap and extremely dangerous. He's out to murder Jin.

And I find the Tamori x Masaki pair utterly amusing. I envision Tamori as the comedian from Warratte Iitomo. Its just too funny to have Tamori in love with Aiba. lol xD

Oh and Sakurai xJin pairing is back in action. :)

Yes, things are definitely getting better for Jin now. He's no longer so alone. Glad you like Ootomo, he's definitely being helpful here. Ha ha, madcap Kame. Well, he may not be out to murder him but he's a little unstable, yes. *g*

We envisage him as the comedian, too. Which is probably totally unfair, we know nothing about the guy, but there he was, in our heads, making a play for Aiba...
