Poor Kame-chan. He's really under a lot of stress this time around.
Losing contracts left and right.. Pressure from fans and fellow actors..
Everyone waiting for him to slip up and confirm the news about him being gay..
For pete's sake! Not all gay people walk with swishy hands!*rolls eyes at Kame's coworkers*

I'm glad Jin can make Kame feel that all the backlash and cancelled contracts were all worth it.
The interactions between these two are soooo sweet! It makes my heart swell with happiness and makes me smile like crazy.:D

Morioka..he's friend-worthy, he doesn't judge and it's good for Kame to have a coworker who listens.

I'm starting to admire Hamaguchi.
She could be scary with people who messes with her clients but this only shows that she cares for her clients.

Matsura..hmm..it's quite unexpected.
I wouldn't have thought she was the culprit. Is she really behind the rumors, though?
If she really is, I hope Hamaguchi gets to her first before Jin does.
Remember Jin's threat to make kitty stirfry? How about Matsura stirfry? *evil laugh*

The last line made me laugh. I could just picture Jin picking out an orange sofa..:D

Yeah, poor Kame. He knew something like this might happen (that's why he was always so paranoid, after all), but knowing doesn't make it feel any better while it's going on. :/

But he has Jin, and Morioka, and Hamaguchi... but most of all Jin. :) So, definitely worth it, and we're glad that comes across.

LOL, Matsura stir fry. Don't let Jin hear you, you'll give him ideas! (Also, we think she is probably not tasty. Too much make-up and perfume.)

Matsura!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEBIL psycho sharky cow bitch! *outraged expression* She did it?? She did that to my beloved Kame! Oooooh, pull her head off! Jump on her body whilst wearing stiletto heels! Breathe on her with atomic morning breath! I'm soooo mad and Kame just seemed so tired this chapter. I want to leap into the screen and rescue him and snuggle him up in fluffy blankets and hugs.

And now I'm worried too because Jin and Kame aren't sleeping together all that much at all and I totally understand why but now I'm fretting that Jin's years selling sex has maybe broken him a little bit. I guess it comes down to that question whether sex is really important in a relationship but GODDAMN it Tanaka, rescue Jin! And it's so adorable but so sad that Jin's sending him photos of curtains and both of them are ignoring the whopping big elephant in the room. Ooooooh *collapses in an angst-ridden heap* Where is my blankie??? I'm terribly overwrought now!

Oh and his agent kicked ass. I like her now. I hated her before ;) Go girl!!! Make their lives a living hell on Kame's behalf!

Jin has certainly lost some of his appreciation for sex, particularly on days when he's already had a few clients. He does like sex with Kame, but sex as such is just... so much a job for him. One he doesn't like. So, yeah. He'd never withhold sex from Kame, but Kame is of course aware of the issue too, and he doesn't want to be the guy who makes Jin have even more sex he's not really in the mood for. :/

Well, they have a few more chapters left to see if they can work it out. ;)

OMG KAME! （┬┬＿┬┬）Poor little Kame! I can't believe you've made him cry inside his head! Some parts of this were so painful to read. He just sounds like he's trying so hard not to sound... as down as he does. Coherence fail, I know. But god, that blender metaphor is terribly appropriate. That scene where he's sitting in a bathroom thinking about people hating him, and shows withdrawing their invitations... No, seriously, he's totally weeping on the inside, and I think my heart has gone to pieces now, because this is KAME and I'm TOO INVESTED and IDK! ;___;

On the other hand, I'd like to thank your Kame's fans for their unwavering enthusiasm in supporting my OTP p(*^^*)q I'm so happy Kame decided to tell -- maybe 'slipped up and told' would be more appropriate -- Morioka about the Matsura business, which by the way was very unexpected! #surprised It's great how Kame now has Jin to rely on, but he could still do with a few friends, seeing how he married his last one and Morioka is a great choice. ♡♡♡

Jin and Kame are as cute as ever together at home ♡ So comfortable! It almost looks like they've moved in together! Even though Jin has his own apartment and all. I like that he does. But I like that he's spending so much time with Kame, too. It certainly makes Kame sound a lot brighter and my heart is very grateful for that chance to patch itself up. Bipolar comment is bipolar. We figured some fans started shipping him and Morioka during the teacher film, and well, you know how that gets, right? *g*

Jin needs the backdrop of having his own apartment in order to be so happy to be at Kame's all the time. He's a bit... damaged. *g* It's like, as long as he knows that he is not actually dependent on Kame, he can enjoy being in love with him without fear of a Naoki happening to him again. Not rational, because Kame isn't Naoki, but important to Jin anyway.

We love your love for Hamaguchi. :)

Yes!! I guessed it was Matsura (and okay, only after all the other suspects had been pretty much eliminated, but I'm going to ignore that small detail) . I can understand Kame just deciding to let the matter go, I guess, but I'm going to imagine that Morioka gets revenge for him off-story now that they are friends again.

And Hamaguchi is amazing. I'm glad she's in Kame's corner - those stupid TV shows don't know what's going to hit them :D

And Jin and Kame are so cute together, but despite the talk last week they still haven't sorted out their sex life and how that's going to work best for them yet.

Morioka might well take measures of some sort. Without ever telling Kame, of course. :)

There's a limit to what Hamaguchi can do, but yes, Kame is lucky to have her on his side. Even though he's never really appreciated her properly before.

The sex life is complicated. They'll keep working on it...

We are intrigued that you found this chapter so peaceful. There's poor Kame depressed on toilets, and you compare it to a lullaby. Kame's sobs rocking you gently to sleep... :p

We never get tired of reading through comments! We love comment! We love hearing what everybody thinks of the stuff we are putting these poor guys through. How else would we ever realize that Kame's anguished sobs are like a lullaby??? ;D

This is so, so sweet. And I totally want it to be Thursday forever too.

I love how Kame notes the little things, like the socks Jin's wearing and where he put his guitar; it's those little things that make it so sweet.

"Don't drop dead, okay?" Ahaha that is so something Jin would say. I have that same desperate need for sleep as Jin and I often find myself thinking about Kame's robot-like habits with equal horror.

And Matsura. I should have suspected an upset female. Was it just that simple? She got upset and wanted to get even by making a scandal? Or is there something more behind this? I kind of hope Hamaguchi will 'take measures' anyway. And I totally loved Hamaguchi's little rant. That was awesome.

And the band came to see Jin! That's kind of cool, and I'm really wondering what you have in store for him with them.

This was an interesting look into Kame's life, with all it's rough patches and Jin patches. Somehow it's all okay when Jin's helping with dinner or messaging about curtains. It certainly brightened up my day.

We're happy people approve so much of Hamaguchi these days. She works hard and is conscientious and doesn't suffer fools gladly and most people probably think she's a bitch, and she needs your love. :)

So I was right in my comment to the previous chapter – it does get worse. Or maybe it not so much “get's worse”, as it continues being bad and it is just wearing Kame down, bit by bit.

Yes, love this line because it describes it so succinctly. Demolition before reconstruction (hopefully).

And he is so trying to take it bravely. “It can't be worse than somebody dying”. Poor brave baby.

For some reason – rather than him sitting in the toilet feeling that nobody will like him again the two things that got me really bad were – the way it's not all that settled with his parents, even though they support him – support is one thing, and accept, truly accept – is another. And idek – the yogurt add? The way you put it – it sounds just a little self-mocking, and yet it shows how he is clinging (desperately) to what little work he has left.

Adore all the little good things that happen to him. Morioka is so great and nonjudgmental, and it must be scary but also good for Kame to be able to... sort of... speak about it? Even in hints. Because even with Tanaka, who knows, and of course Jin – it's still a bit stifling to hold it inside, I imagine. And the younger actors worrying about him. And Hamaguchi is just – precious – in her duality of both punishing him with all the little info she shoves under his nose, but at the same time being such a protective lioness for her “charge”.

And Jin... their interactions are sweet, but also... idek... he's sort of so tiptoeing around Jin. He has been – a little – ever since he came to his senses way back, but then they seemed to find the equilibrium, and that he is doing it again now – not really asking for anything, even for things that he needs or wants – like Jin taking him, or like Jin singing for him at home – just shows how vulnerable Kame is right now, Jin being like the... sole lifeline?.. for him, just clinging, clinging, ready to wait, to do without, to... anything, as long as it is there.

Unrelatedly, I do remember, I promised to comment on Bem-fic, and I do intend to, just this week was way to busy, ok?

Oh, you are totally right about the yoghurt ad! It's kind of... he's watching himself go through the motions and try to be extra enthusiastic in the work he still has, and it feels a bit pathetic to him but it's also all he's got left.

The parents are another issue, yeah. They'd have more of a chance to be supportive if he wasn't avoiding them but the thing is, they liked Midori, and he's ashamed. Doesn't make his life easier, and leaves the parent situation in a weird sort of limbo.

YES. This is such a wonderful summary of their situation. We love that this came across like that. And yeah, she may think that Kame is an idiot, but by now he's her idiot. *g*

And another yes - Kame has been a bit careful with Jin for... oh, ever. All the guilt from the crazy. And he was getting over it, but then he went crazy again, so right now he's back to extra cautious. He just doesn't want to make Jin do things Jin doesn't want, ever, there's been enough of that.

OTOH, Jin is tiptoeing now, too. They both want this to work, but it's not like there aren't... complications. *g*

One thing I meant to write in my comment, but somehow forgot to include finally: I sort of miss Tanaka a lot. Sure, he called Jin, and organized his meeting with the band, but I miss him "in person". Besides Hamaguchi he was another bright and no nonsense supportive figure for Kame in all this story, and I sort of need smb. to shake Kame up in a good way... idek... just do not tell me that he dissapeared forever from this fic

I am terribly late but I had to comment on this out of habit though I will be reading the next chapter soon. Poor Kame, I really do feel so sorry for him. Its really just such a shame. It’s cool that Kame has Morioka by his side more or less. That they’re getting along fine and Morioka’s not holding grudges but rather supports Kame.
I feared things would get worse for Kame from now on. So it’s nice he has someone at work who won’t judge or avoid him. Jin won’t approve of the wedding plans, though! But I guess Morioka won’t either.

Mwah… but I still feel not everything is awesome and perfect between Kame and Jin D. Maybe that’s just because Kame is back to worrying so much and not quite satisfied with his work situation which is understandable but still… x__X” Or maybe it’s just me xD”
Still Akame have their cute and heartwarming moments. <3 And I’m glad about this!

That thing about Matsura is shocking me actually. But I don’t know in which way yet xD It’s unexpected. And unexpectedlay… unsatisfying to be honest. I can’t get rid that there’s more behind the whole thing x__X” But this has nothing to do with you! I think this is just really my paranoid-genre-mixing-still-thriller-loving mind xD” I can deal with this being the final answer to the whole “who was it” question. ;) But I can say I wouldn’t mind if there was some plot twisting surprise that’s leaving people breathless about the actual reason for this mess. Other than Matsura’s hate towards Kame, that is. I won’t feel disappointed either way ;) and will shut up about it for now.

Hamaguchi is awesome in the end by the way! I kinda expected such a reaction from her even! She always seemed like a tough cookie with lots of determination and the willpower to face every hardship out there and to successfully fight it. Hope she and Kame will win this battle now and kick NHK’s ass!

Oh and Jin better buys these curtains! Because purple’s cool! He’ll be a bit limited with his choices of sofas. But hell… purple is cool!

Yay, Morioka. :) He's a really decent guy. We kind of want him to become part of their circle of friends in the end, you know, when the story is over. In the future.

Things just don't get awesome and perfect that quickly. *pout* We're accelerating stuff like mad anyway. But OMG all the issues. Kame so fragile with his work like it is and nobody liking him and argh, and his boyfriend a whore, and argh, and Jin feeling guilty and uncertain and argh, and always so cautious, and Kame cautious too, and... did we mention argh? :)

The good thing is that they are really determined to be good for each other. They'll work hard at that. Just, at this point, it is still work.

Well, we won't apologize for Matsura again, since you told us not to. :p But we're glad that Hamaguchi continues to impress.
